About Maegan

Maegan Royster is a contemporary colored pencil artist whose large-scale floral drawings examine the slow, layered work of looking closely.

Working from her home studio in Dallas, she draws single blooms across weeks — building hundreds of translucent layers of pigment until the petal seems to glow from within the paper. Alongside her studio practice, Maegan accepts a small number of private commissions each year.

Her work is available through her studio or by commission.
